PAYMENTS

Payments are collected automatically via the credit card or bank account on file for each family on the 1st of every month for all charges in the previous month.
SCHEDULING

All Lessons and classes are once per week year-round, except for holiday closings.

Using the online portal, students can view all openings and register for any alternate or additional lessons.

All scheduling and accounting requests must be done online or via the phone/email/text or in person at the front desk.

Teachers are not responsible for scheduling or accounting.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS/MAKE-UPS

Charges apply for all scheduled lessons and classes-regardless of student's attendance.

Students may cancel up to one hour in advance, via the online portal to receive a make-up credit.

Make-up credits can be used for any other open lesson time within 30 days.

Make-up credits cannot be applied to recurring lesson times- an alternate time must be chosen.

Cancellations with less than 1 hour notice or "no-shows" will incur a charge with no make-up issued.

In the event of inclement weather or other emergency, a make-up credit will be issued that can be redeemed for an alternate time within 30 days.
SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS

In the event of a teacher personal illness or emergency, a qualified and informed substitute teacher may be assigned.

If no substitute is available for a teacher emergency a make-up credit will be issued that can be used for an alternate time within 30 days.
MATERIALS/INSTRUMENTS

All required Method books, sheet music, instruments, and accessories are available in our shop

Any books, accessories or sheet music required by the teacher may charged additionally to the student account.
Withdrawing

Students may withdraw from lessons or classes at any time with 30 notice days notice and by filling out the withdraw form.
